Conveyors - Powered
When gravity alone cannot complete the task of conveying your product, a powered system may be in order. We carry many kinds of powered systems, such as:
Line shaft, Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR), Mat Top, Roller Bed, and Slider Bed Configurations. Each customer requires a unique solution, therefore we cusotm confiugre all of our conveyor products to suit your needs. We are capable of integrating with existing systems, using special materials like Stainless Steel, controlling the system to your specifications and installing it all. Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors
Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRC's) are the most economical way to lift goods between levels of a warehouse, make full use of a mezzanine, and move parts vertically in a production line. VRC's work very similarly to a freight elevator but have a huge advantage in that they do not normally require an elevator permit (check with your local building department), do not require a shaft and are easily installed and serviced. All VRC's that we sell are custom engineered to fit your particular
application, considering: capacity, platform size, gate size, lift speed, drop speed, frequency of use, and many other factors, so that its right the first time. Please call us for further
